Life Insurance Corporation Housing Finance Limited (LIC HFL) has released the official notification for the recruitment of Junior Assistant posts under Recruitment 2026 for a total of 180 vacancies. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online from 16 April 2026 to 30 April 2026 through the official website.

The selection process will consist of an Online Examination followed by an Interview. The online exam will include sections such as English Language, Logical Reasoning, General Awareness, Numerical Ability, and Computer Skills, with a total of 200 questions carrying 200 marks. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.
Selected candidates will receive a salary in the range of ₹32,000 to ₹35,200 depending on the place of posting, along with additional benefits and allowances as per company rules.
